Our cast is available by advance reservation only.
For the smoothest experience, we recommend making your reservation at least 2 to 3 hours in advance.
Please note that cast changes are not accepted as a general rule.
In the event of a cancellation, 100% of the total fee will be charged, regardless of the reason.

Requests for cast members’ personal contact details or attempts to meet them outside of the service are strictly prohibited.
Photography, audio recording, and video recording inside or outside the premises are also not allowed.
